In ancient Greece people believed that you have to care for the 3 most important self the Body, the Mind and the Soul. What are your daily habits to support and evolve yourself?I think there is a connection between the three of them, when you take care of your mind automatically you will have a healthy body and of course a heathy soul. Me I’m trying every day to stay positive and take everything as a new experience... The rest just manifests.
