In ancient Greece people believed that you have to care for the 3 most important self the Body, the Mind and the Soul. What are your daily habits to support and evolve yourself? I try to take care of myself through physical care with a lot of training, I also practice meditation and yoga and I take great care at the time of eating, I observe my diet.
Do you believe people can change? Change their habits, physical appearance … what it takes? To change you have to make the decision to do it. I do believe that everyone can change and improve. It just depends on you.
