There’s a particular ache that comes with watching your closest people scatter across a map. For Ukrainian brand Personal Parade, whose inner circle now calls a constellation of European cities home, that distance became the seed of an entire season. Staying connected, they learned, is never quite the same as being together — and this summer is their answer to that.

Founder and creative director Maksym Nekrasov frames it plainly: the most meaningful thing the brand has ever made isn’t something you can wear. It’s the friendships that formed around it — the shared tables, the late-night calls, the people who arrived as customers and stayed as family. So rather than a conventional drop, Personal Parade has built a season dedicated to them.

Every piece in the range carries the name of a friend of the brand. Over the coming weeks, Personal Parade will introduce the people behind those names and hand them the mic to say what friendship means to them — and in the process, audiences around the world will meet dozens of beautiful Ukrainian names not as SKUs, but as real people whose bonds shaped the story.

The clothes themselves keep the brand’s playful eye on the everyday. Bandanas arrive without knots, their tied silhouette frozen into a single seamless shape. Swim briefs borrow the geometry of a childhood folded-newspaper hat, turned unexpectedly wearable. Lightweight shirts, tanks and summer essentials round out a wardrobe that was imagined, from the very first sketch, on a group of friends rather than a lone figure.

Because for Personal Parade, clothing has never been the destination. It’s the opening line — of a conversation, a memory, a trip, a reason to gather. A reason, as they put it, to finally call someone you’ve been meaning to call. If this summer nudges even one person to reconnect with a friend, the brand will consider it a success far beyond fashion.

Welcome to their summer.
